Our cloud-based Job Evaluation System (JES)
Our cloud-based Job Evaluation System (JES) is provided and maintained by our partner Encompassing Vision (ENVC). The ENCV system can handle any number of Users and System Administrators, and each can be given the same or a custom level of access to system functionalities within the database.
We will provide:
- a system overview and will complete all required client configurations
- we will include testing the configurations and training all administrators
- we will discuss/establish a roll out strategy and provide ongoing support (consulting, preparation of training material, and on-site training etc.)
Our JES will provide:
- job descriptions
- job specifications
- job adverts
Installing our JES
Our JES can be installed on your server behind your firewall. If preferred, we can install on a cloud server hosted by Microsoft ‘Azure’ in London or Cardiff and managed by ENCV technical staff.
Our JES uses a multiple-choice questionaries’, to gather information about jobs.
Factors and related sub-questions, each with multiple dimensions to select from, and provide around 85 unique insights into each job. These easy-to-answer questions are embedded into our JES software system (because they are very specific).
The JES includes both a question and response option ‘Elaborations’ and ‘Benchmark’ job examples, this enables our clients to effectively gather, analyse and evaluate the relative internal value of every job in their organisation, consistently, and in accordance with their unique organisational values.
We use the job analysis and evaluation data contained in our JES to ensure that equal pay for equal jobs will be delivered.
