Your Role

As a Business Development Partner, you will:

• Identify and approach potential SME clients
• Introduce LBJ Consultants’ services
• Arrange introductory calls/meetings
• Build relationships within your network
• Act as a trusted connector between businesses and LBJ

This role can be conducted entirely from home using telephone and online communication.

Remuneration Structure

This position is offered on a self-employed, non-salaried basis with an attractive commission model.

Ongoing Contract Clients

You will receive:

• 10% of the Annual Contract Value
• Commission is paid once the client’s first monthly payment has been received.

Pay-As-You-Go Clients

You will receive:

• 10% of the Contract/Invoice Value
• Commission is paid on the next pay date after the client’s invoice has been settled.
