The team has specialist knowledge and experience of Employment Law, enhanced by Billy’s Lay membership of the Employment Tribunal panel and ACAS Equal Pay panel. His team includes Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), accredited mediator, and are experts in employee relations, industrial relations, policy development, and compliance.
