Billy Muir BA
Billy has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with HR and Employment Law issues.
He is very experienced in dealing with all Employment Law matters including Absence Management, Capability, Contracts, Conduct, Disciplinary and Grievance, Diversity, Equality, Investigations, Mediation, Recruitment, Redundancy, Settlement Agreements, Trade Unions, T.U.P.E, and Whistleblowing.
Billy has recently been appointed to the ACAS Independent Experts Panel who deal with equal value claims at Employment Tribunals.
Mason has worked in an HR Administration role with us since early 2017. He worked part time during his last two years at school. he has continued in this role during the past two years on a part-time basis whilst he is studying at college.
He has gained experience in working in HR by assisting us in meetings, drafting letters and contracts, collating employee handbooks and general office duties.
During his time with us he has successfully completed a number of our e-learning courses achieving certificates in Absence Management, Disciplinary and Grievance, Diversity, Equality and conducting Investigations.
