Your Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will:
- Identify and approach potential SME clients
- Introduce LBJ Consultants’ services
- Arrange introductory calls/meetings
- Build relationships within your network
- Act as a trusted connector between businesses and LBJ
This role can be conducted entirely from home using telephone and online communication.
Remuneration Structure
This position is offered on a self-employed, non-salaried basis with an attractive commission model.
Ongoing Contract Clients
You will receive:
- 10% of the Annual Contract Value
- Commission is paid once the client’s first monthly payment has been received.
Pay-As-You-Go Clients
You will receive:
- 10% of the Contract/Invoice Value
- Commission is paid on the next pay date after the client’s invoice has been settled.
